It is with much enthusiasm that I write a testimonial for Damaria Consulting Services, the organization that provided an academic steppingstone and carved a career path for me when I enrolled in one of their learnership programs. Not only did I acquire a NQF accredited qualification; they also provided interview skills, workplace readiness and most importantly life coaching. It is through the application of lessons learned in the coaching sessions that I was able to build strong decision-making skills and able to confidently make life altering positive changes for myself. Damaria Consulting enrolled me for an internship programme for Graphic designer that they were running on 20 September 2020 and placed me at Bathale Media on this date 1 October 2020 on a contract of One Year after the interview processed had been completed.
Damaria Consulting during this internship programme have provided relevant and needed workshops, held both virtually via Zoom and physically at the designated venue, where we would get to understand the different type of office cultures that are available. The Company has been inspirational and encouraging during this period of my journey with them, all the candidates where kept up to date about any changes in our schedules, also my development and progress with where I was placed at (Bathale Media).
These workshops helped me to have elevated my knowledge and skills to do my work, with staunchness. Their line of communication is always opened for clarity and updates, regarding any problems and suggestions.
