Our Team

Lesego Masilela has experience in the implementation of programmes nationally. Her passion for rural projects implementation has seen her travel to implement skills development programmes at the most rural parts of the country at 95% completion of all her programmes. She is a Skills Development Facilitator for both medium and large enterprises including project manager for all Damaria Consulting programmes.

Inno  Masilela has 20 years of experience in skills development and has held senior positions in the private sector. She is passionate about making a difference and is fortunate to do what she loves. She has a creative perspective on how companies could utilize the current skills development legislation towards job creation and benefit organisations. Her unique coaching method has impacted hundreds of learners and Interns and resulted in long term relationships which continued after the completion of the programme.
